For the role of a Business Development Sales Executive, the ideal candidate should be self-
motivated, and comfortable making B2B cold calls and talking to new people all day in order to reach out and bring in new business.
An International Sales Executive typically has the following daily responsibilities:
- Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business.
- Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital mediums.
- Maintaining CRM of prospective client information.
- Building pipelines with channel partners and team members to close the sale.
- Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions.
- Working with senior team members to identify and manage company risks that might prevent growth.
- Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets.
- Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients.
- Combining efforts and fostering a collaborative environment within the business as a whole.
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems
- Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients.
Knowledge of Payments
- Payment Gateway
- Point of sale devices
- Knowledge about ERP software
- Aware of the latest trends in Payment processing
- Knowledge of Credit card processing including authorization, clearing, and settlement
- Knowledge about PayPal/Stripe and clover
- Knowledge about Credit card fees
Job Specification:
- Minimum O/Level - Matriculation.
- Excellent English communication and writing skills.
- Proven 1 to 2 years of BPO Sales experience.
- Target Orientated
- Can work in fixed night shifts (Monday to Friday 08 p.m. to 05 a.m.)

Salary: Rs55,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
