This is a permanent full-time role as a Human Resource Business Partner in our Mount Edgecombe, South Africa office. Must have atleast 5 years experience in the role within a contact centre environment with experiece dealing with CCMA cases.
If you have experience developing and executing personnel procedures and policies while providing guidance and interpretation for business operations, then this role is for you.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Reviewing and the implementation of Policies and Procedures
- Remains updated on changes to Legislation, Regulation, Codes of Good practice and policies
- Reviewing, amending, updating and drafting roles and responsibilities
- Improves employee relations
- Provide an effective and dedicated HR advisory service to managers in regard to IR / HR related queries
- Ensure consistent application of HR processes
- Investigates and resolves employee complaints / grievances.
- Chairs disciplinary enquiries
- Compilation of accurate monthly reports (HR and Payroll)
- Compilation and maintenance of registers
- CCMA Representation
- Entering of data into HR information systems
- Performance management
- Induction / orientation of new employees
- Reviewing, amending, updating and issuing of contracts timeously
- HR administration
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Degree in Human Resources or 5 years HRG experience in a BPO environment
- Previous experience working in a contact centre environment
- CCMA experience
Package & Remuneration
R 40 000 - R50 000 + Medical Insurance
