About Our Client
International well-known player in the fashion (& cosmetic) industry. They have offices all over the world, but today, in Belgium, a few opportunities opened up in their office management team. For their office in Brussels & Zavemtem, they are looking for new Office Assistants.
Job Description
As Office Assistant, your tasks will mainly consist of:
- Help with daily duties around the management of the office
- Be in contact with suppliers & facility
- Be the contact person for employees with their questions
- Help with the fleet management
- Assist with the organization of internal & external events / activities
- Administrative support + travel arrangements
- Report to the office manager
The Successful Applicant
- Good level in French & Dutch
- Proficiency in English
- Bachelor degree in equivalent field, or experience
- Positive-mindset, proactive, not scared to ask questions
- "Work hard, play hard" mentality
- Solution-oriented
- Organized
