About Our Client

International well-known player in the fashion (& cosmetic) industry. They have offices all over the world, but today, in Belgium, a few opportunities opened up in their office management team. For their office in Brussels & Zavemtem, they are looking for new Office Assistants.

Job Description

As Office Assistant, your tasks will mainly consist of:

  • Help with daily duties around the management of the office
  • Be in contact with suppliers & facility
  • Be the contact person for employees with their questions
  • Help with the fleet management
  • Assist with the organization of internal & external events / activities
  • Administrative support + travel arrangements
  • Report to the office manager

The Successful Applicant

  • Good level in French & Dutch
  • Proficiency in English
  • Bachelor degree in equivalent field, or experience
  • Positive-mindset, proactive, not scared to ask questions
  • "Work hard, play hard" mentality
  • Solution-oriented
  • Organized
